Keep Your Cup Full
The simply things in life are sometimes the most joyful things. They fill our cup so that we can go out into the world and allow that cup to spill over into others. The alternative is true as well. When our cup is dry it’s impossible to spill over goodness, joy, and love to others. Our souls need to be replenished daily. That’s why Jesus said “come to me all who are weary and I’ll give you rest”.
As you go through your week this next week, here are some reflective questions that can help you take a look at what is filling your cup and what is draining your cup.
🌱 How do you fill your cup daily? Examples could be: Music, walking, a cup of coffee with a friend, reading Gods word.
🌱Who in your life lifts you up and is an encourager to you? Do you have people in your circle that drain you and do the opposite of encouragment? If so it might be time to put s boundary up.
🌱 How do you practice gratitude daily? What are you thankful for?
🌱Where do you go to refill your cup?
Your cup is your vessell/ your human body. If your vessel is weak, not energetic, isn’t getting enough nutrients, water, rest, and exercise then your vessell won’t hold the goodness you are putting in like it should.
Make sure you are taking care of your body so goodness can flow from a heathy, strong body and a overflowing soul.
